Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility and Health Requirements
   • All dogs must be up‑to‑date on required vaccinations (rabies, distemper/parvo, bordetella).
   • Dogs must be free of contagious illnesses and parasites.
   • Dogs showing signs of illness may be refused service.
   • Owners must disclose behavioral issues, medical conditions, or special needs.

2. Behavior and Safety
   • Aggressive dogs may be declined or removed for safety reasons.
   • Dogs must not have a history of biting humans or other dogs.
   • The facility is not responsible for injuries resulting from normal dog play.

3. Owner Responsibilities
   • Owners must provide accurate contact information and be reachable during the stay.
   • All belongings must be labeled; the facility is not responsible for lost items.
   • Owners must supply required medications with clear instructions.

4. Emergency Care
   • In case of illness or injury, the facility may seek veterinary care at its discretion.
   • Owners agree to cover all veterinary fees.
   • The facility is not liable for conditions that arise despite reasonable care.

5. Feeding and Medication
   • Dogs will be fed according to owner instructions.
   • Medication will be administered as directed, but no guarantee is made regarding outcomes.

6. Boarding Policies
   • Check‑in and check‑out times must be followed; late pick‑ups may incur additional fees.
   • If a dog is not picked up on time and no contact is made, the facility may follow abandonment procedures as permitted by local law.

7. Personal Items
   • The facility is not liable for damage to toys, bedding, or other items brought by the owner.

8. Payment and Fees
   • All fees must be paid at drop‑off unless otherwise arranged.
   • Additional services (baths, extended hours, medical care) may incur extra charges.
   • No refunds for early pick‑ups.

9. Liability Waiver
   • Owners acknowledge inherent risks of dog socialization and boarding.
   • The facility is not liable for loss, injury, illness, or death except in cases of proven negligence.

10. Photos and Media
    • The facility may use photos or videos of dogs for marketing unless the owner opts out in writing.

11. Acceptance of Terms
    • By using the service, the owner agrees to all terms and conditions listed above.
